OverviewThe Wholegoods Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting designated Brandt Tractor Branches in all aspects of inventory control, and inventory management. Key aspects of this include assigning stock to sales and rentals, while leveling of wholegood inventory across the divisions of responsibility. Placement of orders to various vendors, PO processing, coding, and supporting general inventory related questions from the branches will be key support activities. And really, there’s no place we’d rather be because, just like them, it’s when we’re working hard and getting things done that we’re at our best.Our success is driven by a passionate belief in the unlimited potential of our company and the ultimate success of our customers, and we act on that belief every single day.That's Powerful Value, Delivered.What You Will Be Responsible For· Order placemento Place Orders with vendors and maintain order detailso Respond to Branch questions on order date detailso Work with vendors on order change requestso Develop and manage the day-to-day logistics for supply chain teams· Production Coordinationo Coordinate with production supervisors to plan and organize product runs, and collaborate with production coordinators to synchronize production schedules across departmentso Prepare and maintain reports and data for multiple production department stakeholders· Assignments of machines to branch sales and rentalso Will enforce the assignment policy in place to maintain accurate inventory availability detailo Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departmentso Reporting of sales details to senior leadership teams· Inventory record maintenanceo Will use the Record 360 program to keep accurate inventory recordso Machine details maintenance – hours, location, notes, specso Training and support for the Record 360 system· Inventory creationo Matching of vendor invoice to POo GL coding knowledge for various productso Creation of new inventory records in business systems· Other duties as assignedWhat We Look For

3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong customer support skills
Knowledge or experience within ERP systems
Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra time as required to get the job done
