- Build processes to assess product and packaging compliance requirements for franchise markets, ensuring regulatory readiness for new market entries, and owning the governance of the processes and documentation.
- Review and interpret regulatory standards in collaboration with internal and external Legal partners to support franchise market compliance.
- Communicate compliance requirements to cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of new standards in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
- Support franchise integration by contributing to contract reviews and guiding the development of the Franchise Operating Manual related to product and packaging standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between Product Integrity, internal teams, and franchisee compliance partners, managing inquiries and ensuring product compliance for market readiness.
- Coordinate with Market Product Integrity teams on product integrity incidents, including investigations and recalls triggered by franchise market regulators
- 5-8 years of work experience in quality, product safety, compliance, or regulatory/legal function.
- Experience in the apparel/textile sector is an asset.
- Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines; escalate issues as needed and support leadership with strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams and hold peers and partners accountable.
