We’re hiring Order Picker/Assembler to support day-to-day operations in fast-paced warehouse environments. Responsibilities include lifting, sorting, packing, and maintaining a clean workspace.Perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active throughout the day.Job Type: Temporary to PermanentLocation: Brantford, ONPay Rate: $18.75 per hourHours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 4:30pmWhat You'll Do:Order Picker
  • Reads Interprets and correctly identifies corresponding Bin location and parts numbers.
  • Picks and records parts according to Pick List.
  • Correctly identifies parts using description, and reports variances.
  • Assembles load and hands off to order processing following the proscribed procedure.
  • Completes reports and paperwork correctly.
  • Must be able to operate mechanical pallet wrapper device (after having received training)
  • Must be able to Push/Pull pallets using non-power assisted pallet trucks & carts.
  • Assists with replenishment and breaks down/disposes of excess packaging.
  • Lifting up to 55lbs to/from head height.
Assembler
  • Correctly identifies subcomponents and assembles in stages all items into a completed product.
  • Maintains accurate counts of products.
  • Load product into packaging and assembles pallet loads.
  • Must be able to identify and locate raw components from storage locations and feed assembly lines as needed.
  • Must be able to identify and report deficiencies in product.
  • Must be able to operate mechanical pallet wrapper device (after having received training)
  • Must be able to Push/Pull pallets using non-power assisted pallet trucks & carts.
  • Lifting up to 55lbs up to 6 feet height.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years prior warehouse, assembly, AND order picking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to perform various tasks.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position.
