Join our growing team where everyone belongs!Position DetailsThis is a one and a half year new graduate program in Underwriting designed to set you up for success as you start your insurance career. The first rotation is where you will learn the fundamentals - this will be a combination of in classroom and on-the-job learning. The later rotations involves working in niche area including Long-Haul Trucking and Commercial Lines Property.Learn: You will benefit from receiving classroom and on-the-job technical training in addition to receiving guidance from experienced subject matter experts. Your technical learning will also be complemented by soft skills training to ensure you continue to build upon your interpersonal skills for successMentorship: You will be provided with one-on-one mentoring opportunities which will assist with your growth and development during the rotational journeyGrowth: You will build a career in the insurance Specialty market and benefit from gaining some of the most desirable skills and experience in insuranceRotations - Underwriting Stream

Completion of Undergraduate degree at the time of hire, with a degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance or Business
A competitive GPA
Bilingual : English & French, an asset
