We’re looking for a Sales Executive in Calgary with experience in glass, countertops, cabinetry, or finishing industries.Our client has been transforming spaces for customers since 1998, offering high-quality glass products including custom mirrors, glass railings, backsplashes, and more. With a reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and service, they’re seeking a driven hunter to win new business and build strong client relationships in Calgary.Sales Executive responsibilities:
Drive new business development while expanding existing accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
Conduct in-person sales presentations and provide tailored solutions
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and project delivery
Manage sales pipeline, reporting, and customer follow-up
The successful candidate has:
5+ years of sales experience in the glass, countertops, cabinetry, or finishing industries
A true hunter mindset with a proven track record of consistently winning new business
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation and benefits:
Base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 plus lucrative commission structure
