Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with usKey responsibilities (text) • Lead and support team leaders, to maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations, to create an excellent customer shopping experience.

Lead and coach team leaders and co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers, translating into sales.
Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with team leaders and co-workers.
Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating team leaders and co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.
