My client is looking for an SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll ConsultantStart Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Location: Remote – Anywhere in Canada (must work Eastern Time Zone)
Travel: ~10%
Language Requirements: English required; French is an assetRole Overview
The Senior SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll Consultant will lead SAP Payroll implementations within a small SAP team, focusing on Canadian payroll processes. This role includes hands-on project delivery and may involve assisting with RFP responses.Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a focus on payroll. SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience is considered relevant experience.
  • Canadian payroll experience is mandatory.
  • Experience delivering SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations - support-only experience will not be considered. Must have completed 4 SAP HCM Implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a small project team.
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing engagements.
Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
