The team works closely with partners in the Inbound Operations team, the Inbound Strategy and Optimisation team as well as internal Finance teams to provide best-in-class logistics solutions, whilst maintaining service & cost.a day in the lifeThe Inbound Logistics Analyst will play a pivotal role supporting IBL's RFP process. They will work with both internal stakeholders and external providers to negotiate contracts considering service, transit time and rate.This role will be responsible for providing visibility and understanding of our Inbound Logistics freight spend. They will analyse cost drivers and develop actionable insights to enhance forecast efficiency and identify financial risks.The IBL Analyst will also use macro-economic and global industry knowledge to model future freight rates - supporting the business with scenario building and forward forecasting.
  • Deliver Inbound Logistics freight spend reporting and analysis to Global Fulfillment leadership
  • Analyse cost drivers to provide insight on variances to forecast
  • Manage Inbound Logistics rate contracts within the Freight Sourcing Tool
  • Lead spot quote procurement and upload into Freight Audit & Pay platform
  • Lead invoicing rate anomaly investigation and resolution
  • Act as SME for Freight Sourcing throughout Inbound Logistics Strategic Initiatives
  • Support month end processes ensuring timely and accurate spend actualisation
qualifications
  • 5+ years of logistics and supply chain analysis experiences, preferably with retail background. Proven ability to convert large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Experience building and implementing financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel Power BI knowledge preferred.
  • Mathematical, statistical and financial structure knowledge preferred.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
