OverviewWe’re building the future of AI driven advertising and we need a senior creative who can lead it. Our AI Production division is growing fast. We already have execution talent. Now we’re looking for the person who sets the bar. This is not a prompt operator role. This is not a tool specialist role.This is a creative leader role for someone with taste, narrative instinct, and the technical fluency to turn generative systems into real campaign work.You will define how AI shows up creatively in execution.You will:
- Shape storytelling across AI-driven campaigns.
- Set the visual language and aesthetic direction.
- Creative mentorship within the direct team.
- Act as an animation director or live action director but for Ai.
- Architect prompt strategies that go beyond “good outputs” and into brand work.
- Lead creative and client presentations with authority.
- Mentor and elevate AI Content Creators.
- Push us into new territory through experimentation and systems thinking.
You understand composition, pacing, tone, mood, and narrative structure instinctively. You know what feels premium and what feels derivative. But you’re also systems minded.You:
- Explore generative design, automation, and modular workflows.
- Understand node based systems such as ComfyUI, or similar procedural environments.
- Think in structures, not just outputs.
- Build repeatable creative frameworks instead of one-off experiments.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools without chasing hype.
- Lead concept development for AI powered campaigns.
- Define visual and narrative standards for the division.
- Elevate output quality across all generative work.
- Translate brand strategy into breakthrough AI executions.
- Develop prompt architectures that scale.
- Build and refine automation pipelines.
- Experiment with procedural and node based systems to accelerate creativity.
- Prototype new AI driven production methodologies.
- Present AI work clearly and confidently to clients.
- Articulate creative rationale, not just technical mechanics.
- Partner with creative, accounts, production, and post-production to push ambitious ideas through.
- Act as a visible thought leader in AI creativity.
- 6 to 10+ years in a creative discipline within an agency or production environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong taste and narrative capability (regardless of it being Ai).
- Demonstrated experimentation with generative tools and procedural systems.
- Comfortable leading rooms internally and externally.
