- Support the preparation of proposal responses by collaborating with the other proposal professionals, account managers, customer executives, solution architects, finance/commercial staff, service line and capability leads, offering owners, etc. who will provide content and input.
- Develop first drafts, or edit/review existing contents to tailor per client needs.
- Perform peer-reviews, editing, standardization, or other changes to material prepared by other writers as per business needs, identify gaps and provide recommendations to increase the overall response quality.
- Leverage approved automation and AI-enabled tools to accelerate drafting, editing, and tailoring of proposal content while maintaining accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and voice consistency.
- Contribute to the development, curation, and governance of reusable content libraries (capability descriptions, case studies, graphics, executive summaries, etc.) to reduce rework and improve proposal quality.
- Manage low to medium complexity bids independently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal content, tools and workflows.
- Apply corporate guidelines pertaining to branding and style formats.
- Deliver new or revised material in a timely manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposals, sales or technical writing role with focus on RFx responses in public and private sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, management, business administration; a combination of relevant qualifications and experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English (native proficiency), French is a strong asset.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and collaborative document environments.
- Experience working within an IT consulting environment, including understanding of technology concepts, language and acronyms; relevant experience in another consulting industry may be considered.
- Able to translate technical information into audience-appropriate, clear and concise language that will increase proposal readability and facilitate evaluation.
- Experience working with structured templates, workflows and shared content repositories.
- Strong understanding of content governance principles (reuse, version control, validation, and standardization) in a proposal or project delivery environment.
- Comply with Fujitsu's information management, data protection, and security standards throughout the proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliant handling, storage, and sharing of sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience using or evaluating proposal automation, content management, or AI-assisted writing tools (e.g., AI drafting, content reuse, compliance checks) to improve efficiency and quality.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
- Capable of performing extensive research and translating the results into relevant proposal outcomes.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of capture and pipeline management, and CRM (Salesforce), is an asset.
- Memberships or professional certifications are an asset (ex: APMP, PMI, ITIL, etc.).
