We are seeking a dedicated Director of Construction to oversee all aspects of our construction department in Burlington. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in team leadership and construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Oversee all construction projects from conception to completion
Develop and implement project strategies
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades and team members
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
Lead and inspire a team of construction professionals

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience successfully delivering light industrial temperature controlled facility and data centre building projects valued between $40M and $100M in scope
Strong and established supply chain network and relationships in the local GTA Construction sector (subtrades, consultants, industry professionals, etc.)
Proven experience in a similar role within the local construction industry
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles

Competitive salary range of $225,000 to $275,000
