- Planning and direction of food preparation according to resort F&B specifications
- Follow kitchen's systems & principles
- Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and food storage management
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly, manage challenges quickly and efficiently
- Supervise, coach, mentor, lead kitchen staff during working hours
- Flexible, versatile, and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring the highest level of service and guest experience
- Provide non-stop team work with your teammates and managers
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
- Previous Sous Chef experience required
- Cook training certification an asset
- Food safe certification an asset, may be obtained upon hire
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Competitive wage: $22.00-25.00/hour (Dependent on experience)
