- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure partner referrals are handled efficiently and professionally.

- Represent the Credit Union at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

- Act as a primary point of contact for partner-sourced referrals, ensuring seamless handoff to relationship managers.
- Support commercial division with partner pipeline insights, joint client meetings, and proposal development.
- Measure and report on the commercial impact of partnership activity (pipeline, conversions, revenue).
- Organize joint marketing and outreach initiatives with partners.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships that generate high-quality commercial banking opportunities.
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with market goals, industry trends, and business development targets.
- Manage ongoing partner engagement processes, including performance tracking and relationship governance.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor risk exposure and implement controls to safeguard Beem and its members.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Represent Beem in industry forums and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Support enterprise initiatives and contribute to organizational decision-making.
- Drive and lead training with Commercial and Small Business divisions when onboarding new partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, partnership management, business development, or B2B relationship management.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships or referral networks.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending, cash management, credit structures, and banking solutions.
