What you will doHealthcare OperationsThe KPMG Healthcare Operations team facilitates collaboration between governmental levels and fosters public-private partnerships to drive innovation and develop intellectual capital for an integrated health ecosystem. Our services include redesigning care systems across regional health ecosystems, promoting operational excellence for improved care quality and outcomes, and supporting health workforce stability and adaptation to meet current and future needs. The Healthcare Operations team offers comprehensive support to clients in realizing strategic targets to drive lasting improvements in healthcare delivery and outcomes.What you bring to the roleFOR SENIOR CONSULTANT LEVEL:Senior Consultants usually join Management Consulting with significant work experience, coming from an MBA, PhD, MD, JD or other advanced degree program. Senior Consultant are expected to be able to come into the Management Consulting team and immediately make a significant impact. Those coming from undergraduate degrees or master’s degrees with less than 2 years’ work experience should consider applying for the Consultant position.
  • You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse group of clients and colleagues
  • You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive, and are a creative problem solver
  • You have a strong academic record from your undergraduate or master’s degree
  • You are able to support general project management and oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of objectives and engagements, asset development and other initiatives.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information: The expected annual base salary for this position is $66,000 - $85,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
