- Significant experience delivering HR transformation services in multiple industries, with proven contributions to HR function transformation in consulting or in-house roles
- Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas, such as
- AI in HR and the workforce
- HR Operating Model Design and Implementation
- Shift to Skills-Based Organization – such as job architecture, talent intelligence, skills-based architecture and skills marketplace initiatives
- HR Analytics and Reporting
- Exposure to cloud-based HR technology implementations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders
- Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts
- Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching different teams across various topics and domain
- Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients
- Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
- Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes
- Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- A strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts
- Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended
