Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Lead a team of developers delivering real-time integration solutions using .NET, MuleSoft, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions).Architect, implement, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput, and resilient integration patterns to support real-time data exchange across financial systems.Ensure secure data transmission, access control, and encryption across all integration layers to meet regulatory and compliance standards.Define and enforce a robust code management strategy, ensuring consistent practices for source control (e.g., Git), pull requests, reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with security, cloud, and architecture teams to embed security-by-design into all integration workflows.Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and modern observability tooling to proactively monitor, alert, and respond to integration issues in real time.Work cross-functionally with product managers, solution architects, and internal business teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable integration designs.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in real-time integration, messaging, and cloud-native platforms.What you must have:Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.12+ years of experience in enterprise software/integration development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services.Proven experience designing real-time integration solutions, including messaging queues, event-driven architecture, and API-first systems.Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions.Deep understanding of financial data compliance and security practices (OAuth2, TLS, encryption, RBAC).Experience in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Elastic, etc.) to ensure visibility across real-time integrations.Strong background in source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management in a multi-platform environment.Salary/Rate Range: $102,000 – $153,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
