- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of product managers by modelling a growth mindset and supporting ongoing professional development
- Defining and driving product strategy and prioritized roadmaps informed by stakeholder input, member and employee needs, and data-driven insights, while balancing performance and risk
- Leading commercial lending and deposit pricing analysis and developing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
- Owning and managing the commercial product portfolio, including overall performance and P&L accountability
- Partnering with peers and senior leaders to identifying and executing opportunities to grow and improve the portfolio across member impact, risk, technology, innovation, volume, and revenue
- Establishing, embedding, and continuously evolving strong product management practices across the team
- Diving into execution details when needed to unblock progress and ensure high-quality outcomes
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product management within the financial services industry, along with a post-secondary degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); experience in commercial and small business banking is an asset
- Proven experience delivering and managing banking products within complex, enterprise, and multi-vendor technology environments
- Deep knowledge of product risk management, including regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle
- Solid grounding in banking product management practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of agile product management principles and how to apply them in regulated environments
- Experience with commercial product pricing analytics, including margin, risk, and competitiveness trade-offs is an asset
- Understanding of commercial banking products, market dynamics, and the broader business banking landscape is an asset
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction, priorities, and action
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience incorporating user experience and journey design best practices into banking products is an asset
- Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis
- Added bonus if you have a Masters’ Degree in any of the above disciplines
- You are a strong problem solver who’s always curious to explore and analyze feedback, data, and insights, to uncover problems and identify opportunities to act on.

- You have the ability to work closely with technical internal teams, including enterprise architects and systems analysts to create robust requirements for development.
- You have the planning, project management, and decision-making skills needed to manage a complex portfolio with a broad stakeholder group.
- You are a critical thinker and can lead through influence to build strong teams, drive successful product development, and deliver value to our members.
