- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant operations
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and ensure On-Time Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives including promotional activities, new product launches, and part/supplier changes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in order management and operations planning
- Provide strategic guidance to executive management on supply chain planning activities while serving on the entity's management committee
- Animate and maintain the Master Production Plan (MPP), analyzing needs and achievements while planning necessary resources
- Lead and manage the planning and order management team in alignment with SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
- Proven track record in supply chain planning and operations management
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and management
- Expert knowledge of supply chain strategies, capacity planning, and supply chain network optimization
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong knowledge of MPS/MRP, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
