We're embarking on the next phase of our growth and we want you to join us!The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Keyholder that can demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, ability to provide leadership to others, and a willingness to put the customer experience first. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in the smooth operations of our retail environment, especially in the absence of our retail management team. In this role, will take on tasks such as assisting shoppers as a product knowledge expert, assisting with merchandising, opening and closing the store, and much more!Responsibilities- Complete the appropriate opening and closing procedures for the store as required
-Support store management in supervising the daily activities of the retail staff in he absence of the store or assistant store manager
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards to drive sales
- Process customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist and help customers to ensure the best possible shopping experience
- Provide training, guidance and coaching to more junior team members
- Foster an excited, motivated and positive culture among the team
- Problem solve and assist with customer warranty requests, returns and exchanges
- Other tasks as assigned by store managementQualifications- 3+ year of previous experience working in a retail environment
- High accountability for all store operations
- Outstanding ability in providing customer service
- Team player with respect for co-workers and customers
- Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
- Strong knowledge of the powersports industry is a definite assetAdditional Information- This position reports to the Assistant Store and Store Manager
- This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
- This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
