Headquartered in Oslo, with offices in London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Toronto.About the Import/Export teamAs a Data Import Processor in CV Partner, you will be a part of our Import/Export team. This is a cross-functional team consisting of developers, UX designers, customer success managers, data import processors and template creators. With insights from our customers and the other cross-functional teams, this team creates and prioritises new features for clients within this segment, in addition to working with daily tasks. This team works in four week iterations, and the team's structure aims to provide an inclusive and innovative way of working. The team members also get to know each other across departments, countries and cultures, which we believe is a huge plus!Role Responsibilities:At the core of CV Partner is resume data. When we onboard new customers, one of the most important- and most time consuming tasks is to get their resume data into our databases.This is where you come in.Using in-house tools, you will be responsible for transforming legacy resume data into structured data as part of our customer onboarding process.As the first data import processor in North America, you will work closely with our sales-and customer success department in Toronto to support our North American clients with data import, and you will also need to be client facing, and join customer meetings.In addition to this, you will work with developers to suggest improvements to our tools to make them more productive to use. As a part of the CV Partner team, you will work with leading global brands in the professional services industry, including consulting, engineering and law firms.What we are looking for:Essential- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. We mainly use Excel for transforming legacy data to structured data in CV Partner.- An eye for detail and data quality. Processing large amounts of data is challenging work.- Experience working with large enterprise customers. You will be communicating with enterprise customers as a part of the onboarding process.- Intercultural understanding/ intercultural awareness. Our company is a mix of people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds, and our customers too.- Aptitude for learning new software. You will need to learn how to use the in-house tools and the main CV Partner application to be successful in this role.- A voice. We’re not looking to hire someone who is going to sit quietly and suffer through their work. We want you to speak up when things don’t make sense.- Ability to commute to our offices. We have offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, London and Toronto. We offer flexible working arrangements but we encourage employees to be able to work face to face at least a couple of times per week.- Excellent communication skills in English.
