- Assist project managers in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, updating project schedules as needed.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Identify and address project issues or risks, escalating as necessary to management.
- Support resource allocation and procurement processes as directed.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and standards.
- Monitor project expenditures and process invoices in collaboration with finance teams.
- Foster a collaborative and organized work environment.
- Supports Account Program Manager with operational duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP or CAPM certification is an asset (optional).
