As the Senior Associate/Associate, Production, you will support the team to maintain and uphold the Creative Design vision through production, ensuring precise allocation, strategic negotiation, and seamless execution.   • Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth
  • Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
  • Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality
  • Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead-times
  • Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products
THE QUALIFICATIONThe Senior Associate/Associate, Production, has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in [MC skills, certifications and/or experience]
  • Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP)
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
