Our client, a mid-sized and fast growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Manager for a newly created position. The Manager will provide a wide scope of professional services to clients and manage a team. The role is expected to grow into a more senior position within financial reporting, coaching and office compliance management.Key responsibilities will include:
Financial Statement Compilations and Reviews (ASPE Reporting)
Corporate, Personal, Trust and other tax reporting with ability to discuss tax implications with team members and clients.
Client management and relationship building.
Coaching and developing junior staff on projects and overseeing their career development.
Communicating with partners and staff regarding client engagements and expectations.
Providing the very best possible client service.
What the successful candidate will bring:
A CPA designation with a minimum of 5+ years of public practice experience.
A desire to grow your career and advance within the firm.
Experience with Financial Information Compilations including preparation, review, team and client management and client communications.
Financial Statement Reviews including ASPE reporting engagements, preparation and review and ability to discuss tax implications with clients and team members.
Strong communication skills including team file management, coaching and building strong client relationships.
Highly organized and able to effectively manage deadlines.
Knowledge of agriculture industry would be beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
