  • Translate client’s need into documented technical requirements
  • Execute integrated testing of software and hardware solutions
  • Assist customers by providing guidance to their technical teams for deployment
  • Ability to understand interfaces with third parties and databases
What You Bring with you:
  • Ability to create detailed technical documents
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in complex solution deployment or integration
  • Ability to master new technologies while integrating effectively into a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail industry experience is an asset
