  • Designing and implementing industry leading Microsoft SharePoint technical solutions by understanding client requirements through your savvy business and technical consulting skills
  • Creating detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information
  • Working as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation
  • Collaborating with other Long View business units and practices to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure
  • Assisting occasionally with pre-sales engagements and qualification of sales opportunities
  • Keeping abreast of relevant industry certifications and accreditations as aligned with key practices and technology partners
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years in industry working as a subject matter expert in the Microsoft technology stack
  • 5+ years experience with the design and architecture of SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online solutions
  • 5+ years experience with the configuration, management and governance of Power Platform.(PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
  • Exposure to project work in technologies such as Microsoft Purview and data compliance
  • Ability to assist in the planning, designing, configuring, testing and implementing of SharePoint Server
  • Capacity to use Visual Studio, SharePoint Web Interface, and SharePoint Designer for custom solutions, ShareGate
  • Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in solution delivery
  • Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions comprising both
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely through various delivery methods and situations
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions)
  • Professional experience across a wide range of technologies including systems, network, server, and cloud offerings
