
Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) – Quebec East

- Accountable for territory customer facing commercial efforts and responsible for achieving all product, market and expense targets
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise in principles of Hematology and Immunology, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Disease and Treatment, Stem Cell Transplantation, and build a strong understanding of Cell Therapy and patient pathways
- Develop and initiate strategies that create new business and support the onboarding, qualification, and efficiencies of treatment centers to ensure successful and safe delivery of CAR T-cell therapy
- In collaboration with the Cross-Functional territory team, coordinate market data and field insights to inform account plans and tactical execution
- Lead the development and execution of cross functional account plans with clear goals, tactics, accountabilities, and measurement.
- Refine effective referral strategies that will enable community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients to CAR T treatment centers
- Establish superior working relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and responsiveness
- Organize HCP learning activities or scientific exchange when learning needs are appropriately identified
- Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions and facilitating meetings with Therapeutic Leads
- Represent Kite at national and international conferences and exhibitions
- Facilitate and provide timely feedback to appropriate management regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and business opportunities
- Establish and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional peers and teams across the organization
- Operate in compliance with all Canadian laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of cell therapy activities
- 5+ years of hematology/oncology experience, or other relevant specialty experience.
- Proven track record of high performance, embodying a “can-do” attitude
- Demonstrated ability and desire to provide unprecedented customer support across stakeholder
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, environment
- Possess strategic understanding of the hematology/oncology market.

- Experience executing with products/therapies that require complex customer delivery, including
- Ability to successfully work and collaborate with field-based and internal cross-functional partners

- Launch experience within hospital or speciality segment
