
Environmental Compliance Administrator

- Lead the implementation and coordination of the national water quality testing program across PMD portfolio
- Manage contract coordination with laboratories and service contractors
- Evaluate test results and oversee corrective action planning
- Maintain comprehensive contact databases for post offices, laboratories, contractors, and landlords
- Develop and update sample collection procedures and internal process documentation
- Create and maintain standardized communication templates and protocols
- Coordinate with postmasters on sample collection schedules and procedures
- Monitor test completion timelines and provide follow-up support as needed
- Provide technical guidance to postmasters on sample collection, delivery, and result interpretation
- Communicate test results to relevant stakeholders including postmasters, LAS/LAM, and FM Specialists
- Prepare monthly updates for bargaining unions (NJHSC) and FM Specialists
- Maintain detailed records in CPC PMDB database and CPC ERM SharePoint
- Process and verify invoices related to testing programs
- Organize and maintain well/septic system maintenance records
- Conduct site visits for program improvement and postmaster support
- Radon Measurement Program: Maintain contact lists, review measurement reports, and communicate results to stakeholders
- Postmaster Awareness Program: Provide guidance to summer students and maintain program contact lists
- Hazardous Materials Management: Assist with ACM updates and monitor NAAC notifications
- Canadian Impact Assessment Registry: Support CIA Registry postings and provide guidance to FM Specialists on project scope reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in environmental compliance or related field
- Strong understanding of water quality testing procedures and regulations
- Experience with database management and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including contractors, postmasters, and management
