- Drive the growth and strategic initiatives of Silk & Snow and Endy, as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates.
- Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved.
- Be creative, manage and implement the day-to-day visual merchandise strategies and appeal of the store (product displays).
- Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels.
- Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand values.
- Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment.
- Maintain staffing schedules and being responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends
- Ensure store standards are met (ie., health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping).
- Be the face of our combined values, with a focus on customer, wellness, transparency and sustainability.
- Ensure that the story behind our brand gets communicated to our customers.
- Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand.
- Address any escalated customer inquiries.
- Have at least 2+ years' sales experience, a record of strong store sales and demonstrated performance.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Are creative, strong style/fashion sense and understanding of visual merchandising and presentation concepts.
- Excel in a team environment.
- Are ambitious, charismatic and passionate about people and sales.
- Have a strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and deliver a great customer service experience.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving time management and organizational skills.
- Have the ability to develop strong relationships and trust with both internally and externally.
- Are available to workdays, evenings and weekends.
- This position offers a base pay salary + competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets. There are no limits to your earning potential!
