We’re hiring a Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support our client’s warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves receiving, storing, staging, and transporting product and materials to and from various departments within the plant. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in cold conditions, operating a counterbalance forklift, and following all safety and efficiency standards.Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hourAvailable Shifts:

Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Receive and store incoming product in designated areas
Stage product accurately for shipment or delivery
Transport product and materials between departments within the facility
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Complete tasks accurately and on time with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Previous counterbalance forklift experience required
Valid forklift certification is an asset
Experience working in a refrigerated warehouse environment is preferred
Must own CSA-rated steel-toed shoes
Able to work in a fast-paced and cold warehouse setting
Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
