- Under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will be in charge of existing accounts and the strategy that will enable you to meet and exceed established objectives
- Retention of existing customers (installers, door manufacturers, glaziers, etc.)
- Development of new customers (min 40%)
- Manage and develop the sales performance of customers within the territory
- Provide training sessions for customers to ensure their level of product knowledgeMarket analysis and implementation of growth strategy

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Have relevant experience in construction and / or hardware
- Bilingualism (French/English) essential
