- Learning Strategy & Program Development
- Design, update, and manage learning programs aligned with current and future business needs for management and operational roles.
- Identify development gaps using performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Contribute to leadership development initiatives and support succession planning for critical roles.
- Work closely with operations leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal partners to analyze training needs and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers by supporting development discussions and recommending appropriate learning paths and tools.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders based on collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Develop engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles (andragogy), including classroom training, workshops, and micro‑learning formats.
- Facilitate training sessions and lead working sessions or co‑creation workshops as required.
- Design short, impactful learning content (including video‑based micro‑learning) tailored to frontline and management audiences.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using defined success indicators and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing programs and continuously improve the learning offer.
- Stay current on best practices in learning and development and apply them to program design and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in learning and development, training, or talent development.
- Ability to analyze development needs and design practical learning solutions.
- Experience with Articulate360.
- Experience working with managers, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning approaches.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Autonomous, collaborative, and results‑oriented.
