- Associate will be part of a larger team working on medium to large development and enhancement requests for the Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12) and Oracle based bespoke applications.
- Coordinate with the Client Managers, Project Co-coordinators, Business Analysts and Testing teams to ensure timely resolution for all Projects, enhancements, system tickets & defects.
- Triage technical issues reported by Client teams, performing technical analysis to identify root causes and appropriate remediation steps involving Oracle PLSQL and related technologies.
- Participate in Daily SCRUM, Planning/grooming sessions, weekly status and management meetings to discuss progress, issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with peers and leads on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our customer's service experience.
- Peer testing, code review and impact analysis of the modules developed by the other team members.
- Identify inadequately documented areas/processes and ensure documentation is created.
- Provides technical mentoring to junior team members.
- On occasion, addresses small groups on technical subjects or demonstrate systems.
- 6+ years of SQL and PL/SQL Development experience
- Proven experience of Oracle PL/SQL development involving Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Hints and data migration scripts
- High degree of knowledge and understanding of developing and debugging complex PLSQL packages involving large data sets,
- Collections and advanced PLSQL communications with Oracle Good knowledge on DBLinks, Hints, Performance Tuning and handling Database Locks
- Experience working with UNIX shell scripts with intermediate debugging and development skills
- Experience working with version control tools Stash, GITHUB, (SourceTree, clearcase), Release Management build tools (Jenkins, buildforce), collaboration tools
- Experience working in Agile development environment and exposure to SCRUM Tools and methodology (Confluence, sharepoint), Application life cycle management tools (JIRA, PPM) or similar
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of US Health benefits/HealthCare domain
- Exposure on Oracle Applications (R12)
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
