Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the local marketing strategy, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.This role requires a performance-driven professional with solid experience across digital marketing channels, capable of managing budgets, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth. The position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring both analytical thinking and hands-on campaign management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectivesOwn and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets, including forecasting and allocationDrive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiativesManage and optimize campaigns across paid media, social media, SEO, mobile, and programmatic channelsMonitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on key metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTVIdentify, negotiate, and onboard new partners and acquisition channelsMaintain and grow relationships with existing partners and affiliatesDeliver clear, data-driven reports and insights to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategyRequired Marketing SkillsStrong experience in performance marketing and user acquisition strategiesHands-on expertise in paid media, including programmatic, display, and paid socialSolid knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategiesExperience with mobile marketing and user behavior optimizationStrong analytical capabilities, with experience tracking and interpreting KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROIProven experience in marketing budget management and forecastingAbility to optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-makingExperience managing partnerships, affiliates, and external acquisition channelsStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and attributionIdeal ProfileThe ideal candidate has experience operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, or online entertainment.They combine strategic thinking with executional capability, are comfortable working with data, and are focused on delivering measurable business impact through marketing.
