OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Senior Business Project Manager with a strong background in commercial banking and commercial lending to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, support regulatory requirements, and enhance business and employee experiences. This role is focused on end-to-end project delivery, partnering closely with Commercial Banking, Lending, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Benefits teams.The ideal candidate brings deep banking domain expertise, hands-on experience driving process efficiency, and exposure to benefits-related projects within a regulated financial services environment.RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end business project delivery within Commercial Banking and Commercial Lending, from initiation through implementation and closureDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with business stakeholdersDrive process efficiency and operational improvement initiatives, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimizationTranslate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and project plansCoordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and BenefitsManage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful deliveryLead or support benefits-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standardsEnsure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and risk management frameworksProvide clear, executive-ready status reporting and project updates to senior leadershipFacilitate governance, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycleQUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience as a Business Project Manager within financial services, preferably commercial bankingStrong experience with Commercial Banking and Commercial Lending products, processes, or operationsProven track record delivering process efficiency, operational improvement, or transformation projectsExperience supporting or delivering benefits-related projects (employee benefits, client benefits, or internal banking programs)Solid understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, risk, and complianceExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and regulated environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
