- Develop and execute the strategy for demand gen campaigns that span promoted content, webinars, ebooks, field events, ABM, content syndication, inbound and outbound sales activations, and more. You'll do this across always-on programs and the demand gen plays laddering up to integrated campaigns.
- You'll partner directly with the Canada SDRs and AEs on the demand gen campaigns you're running to set them up for success and build a virtuous feedback look on what works and what doesn't, iterating over time.
- You'll help build and run the customer marketing motion for Canada by elevating customer voices across the funnel through case studies, customer webinars, intimate executive events, and other creative advocacy opportunities that strengthen credibility, deepen relationships, and drive demand.
- You'll analyze your campaign performance and deeply understand how different programs impact funnel performance to accelerate growth. This includes shifting budgets to areas with higher returns and optimizing via testing and learning.
- You'll own marketing sourced/influenced pipeline targets for demand generation channels aimed at Canada. (ABM, field marketing, direct mail, webinars, content, and more).
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
- Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, ABM, etc. and how to use these to drive leads and pipeline.
- End-to-end ownership. You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line. You own mistakes and learn from them.
- You naturally communicate clearly, because you think clearly. You know how to modulate your communications, whether talking to an IC on your team or an executive.
- Collaboration; you have a track record of delivering outsized results by partnering with others cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your roadmap.
