
Consultant Learning and Development

- Lead a team of Operations Trainers and hold accountable to the L&D program standards
- Assist in continuing to drive a safety first culture
- Maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders
- Champion the L&D process and policy within the team and within stakeholders
- Manage content and relationships for assigned portfolios
- Lead and support assigned L&D projects while ensuring alignment with budget constraints
- Maximize the efficient use of departmental resources to achieve optimal outcomes
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and innovative approaches for delivering development programs in an ever-growing and chaning organization
- Own core business processes for the intake of learning projects and program enhancements
- Develop and drive the establishment of L&D KPIs across all programs
- Ensure that all curriculum is tracked and maintained in the organization's Learning Management System
- Assist with the management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced with the time and cost constraints and expected ROI set for each project
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and learning activities administered
- Collaboration with the L&D teams on appropriate assignments
- University Graduation in General Courses - critical thinking and research skills gained
- Completion of Adult Learning Certification or 4 years of relevant experience
- Lean Green or black belt certification and experience is an asset
- Fluency in French, spoken and written, is an asset
- Over 4 years (generally progressive experience)
- Building partnerships with stakeholders and influencing business partners and their teams to align organizational objectives
- Learning and Development, Health and Safety, and industry experience
- Project Management and experience in complex assignments and scope
- Demonstrated independent decision-making
