- Input and manage service job orders in Monday.com and ULeads systems
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure proper job completion and system updates
- Close completed jobs and maintain accurate operational records
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients who request pricing and service information
- Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks to support daily operations
- Assist with social media posting and basic marketing activities during slower business periods
- Future opportunity: Answer incoming customer calls and provide phone support
- Adapt to varied administrative tasks based on seasonal business needs
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or receptionist role
- Essential experience with CRM systems and job management platforms
- Strong communication skills for client follow-up work and technician coordination
- Comfortable working Canada Eastern Time hours with a reliable internet connection
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus
- Basic social media or marketing experience is beneficial for varied responsibilities
