- Participate in manufacturer-backed training programs, including Mopar Express, to grow your skills and career
- Automotive knowledge and passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience
- CDK experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
- Calm, professional demeanor when handling challenging customer situations
- Comfort with technology and automotive service software
