Compensation: Starting from $50,000 Base Salary + Commission, Company Car and more!WHAT YOU’LL DO:Technical Sales & Customer Support
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Companies technology, including design principles, materials, service compatibility, and regulatory compliance
  • Consult with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate applications
  • Identify and qualify potential clients whose operational needs align with Company solutions
  • Educate clients on the benefits and safe, compliant use of Lokring technology
  • Provide technical support before and after installation to ensure successful implementation
Business Development & Market Growth
  • Support brand awareness initiatives through marketing and client engagement
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, technical credibility, and business understanding
  • Contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and field experience
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to set and achieve performance and growth targets
Qualifications & Experience * Engineering degree required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
  • No previous sales experience required
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel extensively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong work ethic and principled approach
  • Business-minded with a genuine interest in sales and client engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Strong computer literacy
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN YEAR 1:This opportunity offers technical product training, exposure to the customer consultation process, and business & sales training all supported by a structured six-month training program. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain real-world field experience, and develop the commercial business acumen needed to build a long-term career in technical sales which includes:
