Select People Solutions is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Manufacturing client’s team. Successful candidates will be hands on leaders who are focused on building and developing their team. You will be ensuring production lines are able to reach projected goals, delivery deadlines, and safety standards effectively.What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $80K-$110K/year
  • 24/7 rotating shifts
Position Summary:
  • Developing a team focused on safety and well-being through day-to-day tasks
  • Scheduling shifts, ensuring needs are met for staffing and production goals
  • Leading, coaching, and developing production staff to ensure team members are growing and achieving to their full potential
  • Troubleshooting on the floor to ensure problems are resolves and production goals are achieved
  • Delegating tasks and clear expectations to staff, including feedback as required
  • Working with other production supervisors to communicate across shifts and production lines smoothly
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Journeypersons certification, CET, or Bachelors of Management
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and critically think
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal communication
  • Ability to hold critical conversations with others, including providing difficult feedback
