We are WSP.The OpportunityShape the World Around You - As a member of our Transportation team in Calgary, you'll help deliver projects that improve mobility and infrastructure across South Central Alberta. This permanent, full-time role involves inspection, reporting, and coordination for transportation-related projects, ensuring quality and compliance while supporting successful project delivery. Travel within Southern and Central Alberta will be required.Your Impact
- Provide construction inspection services on multi-disciplinary transportation projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proactive planning and execution.
- Conduct site visits across Calgary and surrounding regions to monitor project deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and perform interim, substantial, and final inspections.
- Assist with documentation for meetings, inspections, summary reports, and final packages.
- Develop skills in civil construction services, including survey and materials testing.
- Support design, drafting, and quantity calculations during off-season periods.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
- Eligible for registration with ASET (T.T. or C.E.T.) or APEGA (E.I.T. or P.Eng.).
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence and ability to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Comfortable working on construction sites and adapting to dynamic project needs.

- MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
- Atlantic Provinces & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organisational needs.
