- Communicate directly with homeowners via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments with our Solar Educators.
- Follow a structured outreach cadence to ensure all leads are followed up with efficiently and respectfully.
- Provide clear and friendly guidance to customers on next steps, such as submitting their utility bill for analysis.
- Maintain accurate lead and appointment data in our CRM.
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and educational experience. Ensuring every customer feels supported and informed.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and handoffs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, personable, confident, and professional.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or administrative coordination is an asset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google, and phone/text communication platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and helping homeowners make informed choices.
- French speaking is a bonus!
