This role is located in Ville St-Laurent, QC Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) | Open to 100% remote for the right candidatePay Rate: ~CAD $95-105/hour INCAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Bilingual Program Manager – HR, Payroll, and Benefits Transformation to oversee a large-scale deployment of Oracle HCM and payroll across 100 companies in North America. The ideal candidate must bring not only strong project leadership experience but also a distinct set of interpersonal and strategic skills aligned with our entrepreneurial and dynamic culture.Must Haves:
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale ERP deployments - HR/Payroll, and Benefits on Oracle HCM
  • Bilingualism (FR/EN)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in multiple regions
  • Familiarity in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Nice to Have
  • Expertise in the transportation sector
