  • Managing daily production meetings and coordinating production workflow for one or multiple production areas
  • Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycle time and urgencies to ensure production plan achievement
  • Determining manpower and equipment to cover production demand
  • Support WO creation requirements as well ERP data management
  • Developing standardized, custom reports as well as KPIs
  • Support the team in capacity modeling and production analysis
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent
  • Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are very useful for the role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be bilingual (French and English) (written, read and spoken).
Additional skills desired for the role
  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting, VBA or other a plus

Language Requirements in QuebecIntermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
