General Labourer – Construction Site (Midland, ON)Crossroads Staffing is hiring a General Labourer for a busy construction site in Midland, Ontario. This position is perfect for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you take pride in keeping a site clean, safe, and running smoothly, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing

Cleaning and clearing garbage, debris, and scrap materials
Moving materials around the site using a skid steer
Shovelling snow/sweeping walkways, access paths, and work zones
Applying ice melt to maintain safe walking surfaces
Keeping the site clean, organized, and hazard-free
Assisting the site supervisor with general labour tasks
Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE

What We’re Looking For

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Experience operating a skid steer (training cert required)
Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy conditions
Experience with shovelling snow and basic clean-up tasks
Strong awareness of construction-site safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Required PPE: steel-toe boots, weather-appropriate clothing, hard hat, hi-vis vest, gloves
Hi-vis vest can be provided if needed
Ability to use simple tools such as shovels

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly pay
Overtime after 44 hours
