- Adhering to all project/risk management plans and Alstom procedures
- Identifying project members' training requirements and organizing regular seminars and courses in risk management
- Participating in risk identification and assessment sessions with the Risk/Project team
- Coordinating risk inputs and ensuring timely assessment by project team members
- Tracking and monitoring progress on risks and mitigation actions
- Assisting in producing regular risk assessment reports, training materials, and presentations
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience or understanding of project or risk management, preferably within the railway industry
- Knowledge of ISO31000 and PMBOK
- Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation and quantitative risk analysis tools (e.g., @Risk, PRA, Safran, Acumen)
- A diploma or degree in Project/Risk Management Qualification or certifications like IPMA C/D or CAPM/PMP
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
