Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Red Seal Welder to join their team. As a Red Seal Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the welding team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Red Seal WelderLocation: Hants Port, NSPay Range: $40 per hour, plus $2 per hour retention bonusShift: Monday to Friday day time hoursWhat's the Job?
Perform high-quality welding in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication
Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to project requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
What's Needed?
Red Seal certification in welding
Clear criminal record check
Proven experience in welding within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
