- Implement strategic prospecting campaigns with target businesses, using outreach mechanisms like personalized email, marketing automation, outbound calling, and LinkedIn
- Attend tradeshows and other niche industry events to source opportunities and present feedback on market opportunities
- Arrange and participate in introductory meetings between interested business owners and our M&A team
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and value of being acquired by Volaris Group
- Stay up to date on trends in software/technology and in the vertical markets we serve
- Grow and maintain Volaris Group’s proprietary Salesforce database
- Achieve monthly and annual opportunity growth goals
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong performance in an undergraduate degree
- Confident self-starter with an ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Can flex personal style to adapt to different personalities
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Highly driven and intellectually curious
- Proven record of leadership in extracurricular activities and/or through internships or co-ops
- Can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with Salesforce
- Previous technology sales or marketing experience
- Previous experience with SaaS business models
- Strong data management & analysis skills
- Competent financial skills to confidently assess acquisition targets
