This is a full-time, permanent position, working 4 days per week, 10 hours per dayUnder the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, the Production Operator ensures that the production line operates efficiently and safely.ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment;Ensure proper operation of production lines;Adjust machine parameters;Perform machine start-up, troubleshooting, and shutdown;Follow line operating procedures;Maintain production logs;Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack;Perform certain daily preventive maintenance tasks on processing equipment;Perform any other related tasks;Assist other departments as needed.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma;Forklift driving experience (an asset);Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset);Team leader experience (an asset).ProfileGood manual dexterity;Strong observation and listening skills;Punctual;Proactive;Autonomous;Analytical skills;Ability to prioritize urgent tasks;Ability to work well in a team; * Bilingual in French and English (an asset).What We OfferRRSP/DPSP program;Group insurance program including medical and dental coverage;Telemedicine program;Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP);Free on-site gym;Regularly organized social events (potlucks, barbecues, and more).About UsNanoXplore is a graphene company, manufacturer, and supplier of high-volume graphene powder for use in industrial markets.
