The Associate Vice President, Replenishment is accountable for enterprise‑wide replenishment strategy and execution, ensuring optimal inventory flow that protects in‑stock, minimizes excess, and supports core retail fundamentals across all banners and categories. The role leads the Replenishment organization, including Replenishment Managers, Analysts, and Replenishment Process teams, and translates demand signals into disciplined supply actions that balance service, cost, and working capital.The AVP drives consistent replenishment best practices, strengthens vendor and supply chain performance, and modernizes tools, reporting, and operating rhythms to reduce friction for merchants and stores.
